Elderflower Cordial

A beautiful delicate cordial made with locally grown elderflower. Elderflowers bloom for such a short amount of time - we carefully keep an eye out for when they start to bloom then get picking. Dilute to taste with ice cold water for a lovely summer drink. Or maybe add it to some gin or vodka with a dash of tonic water to make it really special. Limited amount of stock available due to the seasonal nature of elderflowers.
